Residents are invited to attend the Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 6:00pm at the Town Hall.

This is your opportunity to:

Hear about what the Town Council has been doing over the past year

Listen to updates from County and Borough Councillors

Find out what local community groups and charities have been working on

Ask questions or raise issues that matter to you and the community

If you can’t attend in person, the meeting will also be live streamed so you can watch from home.

1. To receive the Chair’s welcome and confirmation of the nature of the meeting

2. To sign the minutes of the Town Meeting held on 08 April 2025

3. To receive a presentation from charities and community groups

4. To receive any updates from Town, Borough and County Councillors

5. Local electors to raise pertinent local topics for debate (equal time allowed for each topic)

6. Local electors to vote on which pertinent local topics the Town Council should consider during the ensuring municipal year.
