What is the Town Hall Committee?
This Committee is responsible for:
Day to day operation of the Town Hall.
Recommending appropriate management structures.
All aspects of financial management of the Town Hall within the current budget.
Leading on future planning.
Making best projections for staffing requirements annually, in advance, in line with the Town Hall business plan, to HR Committee.
Managing usage of the Town Hall.
Maintaining this Grade II listed building.
