12-2pm Street Picnic on Town Square - party to celebrate the Jubilee - bring a picnic

2pm The Town Crier reads the Jubilee Proclamation - at the Clock on the Town Square 

2.30pm Afternoon tea and Royal talk in the Town Hall

6.30pm ‘Songs of Praise’ in the Town Hall

From 9pm - Lighting of the Jubilee Beacon at St Edmunds Church

Friday 3rd June 2022 

Photos of Downham through the ages in the Town Hall 

Midday - Carnival procession along Bridge Street to the Howdale,

Food stalls, Funfair, Arena Events

Sunday 5th June 2022 

Midday - 6pm Jubilee Fun Day in the Town Centre - bring a picnic or visit the

Jubilee Café in the Town Hall, children’s fun fair rides, traditional games,

children’s crafts and Jubilee Escape Room in a Box!
