Free Activity packs to give away

BCKLWN have 250 free packs to give away to Downham market residents who want to start some gentle exercises and activities to get their bodies moving.
Included in the pack is a resistance band, DVD and exercise booklet which has everything you need to know to get started.
The pack is designed for adults of any age wanting to improve strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. All of these can help with daily activities and reduce risk of injury, help manage chronic pain and help improve wellbeing.
They can be delivered locally. People can request by message @thedownhamgames on FB or Instagram or emailing the Town Council info@downhammarkettc.co.uk
