Working Parties are a sub group to the Standing Committees or Full Council who work on a specific project. They can meet at any time and be made up of both Councillors and non Councillors. They are flexible and informal, have no minutes or agendas and can be any size. Working Parties are appointed as and when required to investigate particular projects and once this investigation is complete and a report delivered to the Committee which formed the Working Party that working party is disbanded.
