Meetings

Meetings start at 7.00pm (unless otherwise stated) and are held in the Town Council Offices, 15 Paradise Road, Downham Market.

If members of the public attend, the chairman will suspend the meeting to allow public participation. Once the meeting is resumed the public is not allowed to take part in any debate. 

 

If there is a specific question to be asked, it is recommended that this be forwarded to the Clerk prior to the meeting so all relevant information can be available.

 

(Mini Planning & Environmental Committee meetings will not take place if no planning applications have been received by the Council)

 

The public are invited to attend all meetings of the Council

 

Town Council minutes are available for inspection by the public from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm
